launching at the genny, where are the good temps

Taking out a newbie tomorrow, Its been a while since ive been out. Im basicly looking for a depth to start at. Also using a Garmin echo map for the first time. Should be interesting. Any thoughts? Waynes world. Thanks

Work the 100 fow depth for a while then troll out to 200. If that does not work go out to 400.

150-350 FOW, down 60-80. Went all the way out to 575 FOW and only had one hit past 350 FOW

I fish out of sandy creek but the bite was insane tonight. fished in 450-600 fow and had non stop action all night. Riggers from 45-80 feet and dipsy out 200-250 feet. Best colors were orange and reds for us. Only one out of twelve fish hit a flasher fly. All were spoon bites except one on meat rig with 400 copper. Temp out there was usually 70 down 50 degrees. good luck out there.

Spoke to soon about no bites past 350 FOW. Best bite today for us off Iron was 400-500 FOW. Still plenty of matures, coho, and steelhead out there. 70-95 down.

Boated 4 , 2 steel 1 laker and a skippy king wave height3 at best calming to1  no big fish today.
