I have a Fishhawk purchased in 2012 with about 30 hours on it.

Worked fine last year. Now the first time in the water this years it's not sending anything from the probe to the transducer.  The screen is blank for the down speed and temp.

Batteries are new.

Any suggestions?

Cat......hit the 'set' button and make sure the GAIN is set correctly......mine somehow went to 0 last weekend and didn't read......it goes up to 25. 15 is the factory setting......25 worked for me with riggers at 110 feet down......

I bought one in 2012 as well....worked for one time out....after several e-mails back an forth with the tack help and trying different test....they found it was a defective monitor....sent me a new one free of charge....no problem since......E-mail them...they are very nice people...and stand behind their product

Check the wire that connects the battery holder to the probe.  Mine came loose.  Plug it back in and it will work.  The wires can also get broken off at the battery holder if you are not careful putting the pack into the probe.

Are you docking at Wrights and going to be there in the morning Saturday? I'd be willing to use my probe to test your boat before 6AM. I'm on Green Dock.
