crossbow weight ?

Any body hear whats going to happen to the over 200 lb pull on the crossbows ? Leave it up to this state to screw it up again....whats next.....the caliber on weapons !!!!!

I don't know their theory as to limiting the weight and also limiting the width to no less than 17" tip to tip.
