One for three on the river

I went one for three this morning but only fished from 6:00-8:00 as I slept in . I'm a little tied from chasing after geese this week and tomorrow I'm hunting ducks in Canada.

Yea buddy I hear ya, I wish I could go like you, even if I could accomplish one of your activities a day I'd be happy. Take care of your body once they stick the knife in you, you will never be the same!!

Been tough here kevin....limits most nights, but lots of patience waiting for the eyes to come in shallow...bout ready to try a trolling/casting combo night. Casting is awesome but trolling is easier on a slower night.

I wish casting was more of an option here but most most of the fish I've caught recently have been down around 32 feet.

Casting wasnt the answer again last night...i busted the trolling gear back out and im gonna go back to deeper water for the flat conditions as of late. This season sure has been tough to pattern!

I hit the river again this morning and only caught one walleye but did loose a much bigger fish. North wind made fishing challenging.

Did great in ogdensburg ended today 112 total limit of keeper size every day all bottom bouncers and glow green spinners only two today north wind

That bass was 5.8 last fish of the trip
