Yup. Tuf line micro lead core. I use the same short cores as SWR later in the year.

It's pretty small diameter.

What is the favored rod for running lead core?

While recently setting up my leadcore I found that tying the Big Game 20lbs test mono to the micro swivel to be difficult, the line is thick and doesn't cinch down as nice as I would like even while lubricating it with saliva. The first few tries you could see some damage to the main line while it was cinching down which I wasn't happy with.

 

I recently saw a tip on one of the WFN fishing shows which was to rub some chap stick on the line before tying the knot.

This made a huge difference in cinching the knot down, tight and clean!

 

Can't wait to get out there and try these out.
