Fishing at home?

What rules, should be followed while I started fishing at my home..

I've 2 aquarium, but that's not enough.

What rules your parents set down.  I got in trouble for that when I was a wee lad.   #28 fly hooks with mono thread and an Icefishing rod & reel  got the job done.

Yeah my buddies and I used to make spears out of pencils and spear the guppies in the biology lab in HS....detention was kinda of a PIA too

I found as a child that goldfish affinity to hare's ear nymphs. My parents hated it but I always practiced catch and release, so I see no harm done

Stick your hand down in to the elbow and see who is the quickest! Do not get water on the floor or the fishing room may end up off limits and hopefully your old man does not own a razor strap!
