Wanted to Buy - Planer Board Reels

I do not need a mast, just a pair of reels,... or a suggestion as to how to make a functional set.

When I made the offer to buy this old boat it had reels bolted to the side of the hard top.

When I picked it up, they were no longer there,... Dirt bag!

I've checked the "notify me" box, so I should be able to get back to you quickly.

I live in Sodus/work in Rottenchester,...
