Sodus Pt is a great location for a Tournament. We look forward to it every year and the committee does a great job.

The tourny is July 18&19... Website is off as we are awaiting LOU's own chad lapa is creating a new friendlier site for us. Don't forget starting Wednesday July 15th we hold the 1k/ day for biggest king over 20# weighed in. Chas if you have any further questions let me know, I can reserve a dock at krenzers for you just let me know

Your boat is too big for the launch at Warrens. I'd figure something out at Arneys or Krenzers. The state launch is packed in the summer. There's usually a bass tournament every weekend. I wouldn't count on launching there every morning. These tournaments are a really early start. I'd slip your boat!

Slipping a boat is pretty cheap. Typically between $20 and $30 a night.

Ok I didn't consider other boat traffic/tourneys, I think I will slip my boat.  My only concern is having shore power to charge my batteries and the possibility of it sinking.  I haven't slipped my boat before and don't have bottom paint.  I don't think my boat takes on water I guess I will have to look into it before the tourney.

^{You can set up a full bilge system for around $100. Bottom Paint doesnt matter. At least I'm assuming you dont have a bilge but it wont draw that much power to where it would drain your batteries considering you have a deep cycle battery.}

I have a good bilge system already the batteries were more for electronics. The 2 days of fishing.
