4/27 mexico bay

rode with a friend of mine on his boat.nice ride -0 fish.found a 1/2 million or so bugs,a ton of marks in 30-35 fow. did not see a single fish landed or back at the marina.niceday and water for my first boat ride of 2008.

Funny. We were out there that same day. Marked tons of fish. Had one fish on within five minutes of setting the first flatline. Lost it and didn't have another bite for three hours. Decided to pull up the gear and make a small move... we went to Niagara Bar (thats a small move right??). Much better luck there on kings and lakers!

But yes... the bugs were horrible! In both spots too. Never seen it so bad. They turned the boat black there were so many of them! Good thing they weren't biting.
