Blades for gas auger

Anybody have suggestions on where to take my gas auger to get the blades sharpened. I've heard it's a nightmare to do yourself.

Not sure where you are located, but Fish307  has a blade exchange sharpening service that has a quick turn around. Also heard Bartel Rd bait and tackle, Red rock store, sharpening shed in cicero. Ice shanty has posts about it as well.

Although folks attempt to do it themselves it really isn't the best way....very easy to ruin the blades. I get new ones sent from Fish307 and then send the old ones in to them to swap out for a resharpened pair (my backups) and they ship pretty quickly. They are located in Lake George and I've had good luck dealing with them repeatedly over the years. They also have Cannon downrigger parts and service them.

Rochester NY. But heading to sodus this weekend. So i'll try bay bridge. thanks Prays Mate. And i'm ordering a set of Fish 307 now So i have a new set and a back up set. thanks guys.
