Rod Trees

[bout time]

Tossing around the idea of adding a set of trees to my setup. Looking for pro/cons etc. I have a 25' trophy with riggers mounted on the corners and 48" tracks on the sides w/ 3 cannon dual axis rod holders on each. I also have multiple rod holders attached to my hardtop supports as well. So it's not a necessity.........

I had 4 trax tech adj holders each side plus 2 cannon holders in the back...not to mention the riggers

 

added a rocket launcher.....glad I did for browns and walleyes

 

use it for coppers when salmon trolling also

 

my opinion you will be happy if ya add em

Trees are great for board rods I use them every trip. Great Lakes Planers only way to go.

I have a set of trees and wouldn't trade then for anything. They get the rods up and out of the way and work great for planer boards inline or big.

Bout time:

I have a pair of Traxtech triple trees on my Hewescraft, & they have really been a great addition. They really help getting the rod tip high when running boards. They also are a great place to put a rod that is in the way during a tough King fight. As has been said before, "I wouldn't leave home without them".
