Great topic Les.  There should be a lot more cooperators than there is.  I realize its a PIA if you fish a lot, but participating is beneficial to us all.  I dont fill out data too often for browns or tigers in Otisco because the DEC insists they be measured accurately and I dont like handling fish im going to release.
