Wilson launch and landmarks?

Will be fishing out of Wilson for the first time this Sunday. Where can I launch and what are some of the landmarks that I should look for when on the water?

You can launch at the state park on the west side of wilson. On the water there aren't alot of land marks for wilson. Remember that you have to be west of the smoke stacks about 9 miles and west of the water tower(olcott) about 5. There is a small pier which you should see from about 2 miles. If its a nice day just look for all the blow boats wich are usually out in front of the chanel. I may be missing something but its been a year.
