coyote hunting question

Going to give it a try this weekend in the southern tier. With the amount of snow in woods,and lack of any tracks (according to my camp neighbors). Can I still expect them to be out. I have an electronic call. First time out so Im kind of looking for advice..Thanks

they got to eat......frozen creek beds......snowmobile trails.....places with less snow (easier going ) would be best to try

Saw 2 in the field today walking on top after the warm spell. That is the first I have seen them in some time. Go get them they should be hungry!

Primary urge now is mating, not eating(close second). It's mating season, try female estrus sounds, challenge sounds and throw in a little gray fox distress. Good luck.

Cows and other animals are starting to have babies.....use baby animal noises along with coyote vocalizations. Starting tonight i plan on hunting hard for the last part of the season

I'm a little late here but I mg buddy and I got out last weekend and we both got a coyot, used grey fox distress. Came in within 5 min.

Female invitation howl is all I use now. It is the best call during breeding season. Very effective even during the day.
