Smallmouth on Lake Ontario

I'm new to this site, also new to fishing on Lake Ontario.  I live in eastern Pa. and have a 18' Lund 140hp.  I've spent quite a few years in Canada fishing, but now I'm slowing down, and have seven grandsons who are all into fishing.  I'm looking for a nice campsite with rentals, docking, and to good smallie fishing.  I would prefer something on the eastern end of Lake Ontario, not far from I-81.  So I can take the boys, up and enjoy some weekend time nailing smallies.

Any suggestions???

Excellent suggestion...I camped there for years...great place on the St. Lawrence rather than the lake itself but a nice big camp ground and many places close by with smallies, panfish, and pike fishing near Eel Bay which is nearby. Just have to remain aware of where you are out there because the US/Canada line is fairly close by too .
