Lure Selection

I believe at some point in time I saw a list that someone had put together, a breakdown list of what Lures were best to use on over cast days, sunny days etc etc for lake Ontario. Any one have one or remember where it might be? Much appreciated for the help.

General rule from what I have been told. Bright colors on bright days, dark colors on cloudy days. I usually have a couple lures of the opposite thought out and let the fish tell me what they want.
