Hook size

I've got a bunch of NK 28s that need hooks replaced what size should I order 1/0 or 2/0 trebles?

Depending on spoon size #1 and #2 not 1/0 and 2/0

This is where the treble hook industry sucks. I know that owners are 1 size smaller and the lazers that I use (I believe) are 1 size bigger than the norm. Vmc sizes are the norm. I don't know why they can't get on the same page.

1/0 will work fine, get the Gamakatsu 2X strong and never lose another fish.

The stock hooks on the 28s was a 1/0 of whatever brand NK used. 

 

Before NK went away they used to get a couple tables at our LOTSA Expo every year and they sold packs of replacement hooks and that's what they were.

Correct and the mags were 2/0
