Favorite weather for spring trolling?

What do you guys prefer? Sunny? Cloudy? Little rain? Morning? Afternoon? What's your optimum? Or does it not matter no much if you can find the right temp and water color?

Overcast warm morning with a west wind and one foot chop on the lake.

LIGHT N or NW winds will pin the warm water tight to the bank making fishing VERY easy.

Whenever I can get on the water. I prefer dreary days but have had some killer days with sunny bluebird skies.

I agree with all of the above, warm morning with a walleye chop, preferably a westerly breeze, like a Tuesday or Wednesday. LOL

I got screwed this weekend with the weather. Friday and Saturday were both crap. I want to take a day off this week to go trolling. Was thinking tomorrow because it's going to be so warm but maybe I should wait till Wednesday and get that west wing working a bit. Decisions decisions
