If you want big lakers, plug them with #5 jplugs trolled slow, I use rubber bands and very short leads. 5-10 feet max. of course I could pull in 10lb weights if I wanted the fight of a laker.

Alot of guys on the Finger Lakes just jig straight up and down for Lakers, works real well. I guess the price of gas and the fleas had something to do with it. White seems to be their color of choice.
