So I just sent almost 10 dzn lures to "Blind Squirrel Sportfishing" as they are going to premier our newest lure, the N35. I felt a little apprehensive sending them off. I put a lot of time and effort into those lures, as I do all, It was hard to see the new N35 go to "battle".  They will also be doing field testing and developing new patterns as well as reporting on things like durability, quality control, and relative effectiveness. For the first time in our company history we now have a magnum, single lure that is very speed tolerant and has great potential for sport fishing and the great lakes. Capt Steve and Capt Rich will be the first to put the N35 through the paces and see where it's potential lies. Good luck Fired Up and Blind Squirrel Sportfishing in your 2015 season from Great Lakes Lure Co. Looking forward to this partnership!

Here are some pics of the lures for round one...

Brown Goby Rattlers and Blue Mullet rattlers, KWR

Hard to see them go, but their future is bright and they are in good hands! I had a good talking to them before they were packed and shipped for action. They are all "Fired Up"!

Also, these lures were outfitted with some of the most durable terminal tackle available. VMC perma steel trebles, (withstand 60lbs of torque) #5hd split rings (withstand over 75 lbs of pulling pressure) Never to be questioning your strength. These lures are built for durability and for their quality action and superior performance. High quality, hand made and locally produced fishing lures with years of development for todays modern demands. Jointed spoons, Rattling spoons, Jigging spoons, and variations in weight and metal, all to provide the most comprehensive line up in lures you will find today. Color is one thing, What about the lure, the action, or even, the sound?

Very nice looking spoons, are these available on line?  Looking for a new go to spoon supplier since NK is gone. These look like they would be a good next one up!

Hey guy,

Great selection of lures. Any chance of getting some of the copper/orange KWs and the black and silvers to try out here on Cdga I think they would be the nuts for the browns and bows here as well as Seneca.  I currently don't have many orange or copper colored lures in my line up and I know in the past I used to do well with both on Seneca.  I know that if I can get some good pics of decent fish with them in their mouth it could spur on a bunch of guys that follow my posts :)

I'm really getting excited about this season already.....I just hope these lakes live up to my expectations

You sound real fired up in your posts and that is good. Having those charter guys on your side  is a real good move too for all parties concerned.....I think this year may surprise  your dad too in terms of "results".

Les,

I have a few left from the ones I made. I can send you a couple. Were running very low on copper and brass blanks. I priced some rolls, but MAN are they expensive! I'm looking for some .015-.040 copper and brass, if you or anyone else knows a source. Roofing companies sometimes have those metals and in that thickness, but the .040 is hard to come by.

I will keep a couple out for you Les. I should have known you'd like the orange! I have a couple rattlers and a couple .040 singles with the orange stripe on them I will keep for you. Blk/Silver I can run a bunch, I was going to do some for our boat as well, and add a few different tape options also. I just got some pics from BSSF and Blk/Silver KWC is banging the browns this am!
