Started in close gin clear water and no takers. Moved out 60ft figured we would at least catch lakers and did we ever! Had rods going all day. Fished along side my good buddy on the spoondraggin and we both put a good whoopin on some lakers.

Thanks for the tip on the color mike. After we switched out the spoons it was nonstop action. The dippsey rods set at 3 back 150' were going crazy.as well as the rigger rods down 45' and out 40' it kept frank and the boy's busy for hours they had a great time and can't wait to come back for a battle with a big king this summer
