Hit the water around 7am for the first time this year, windy and rough, rolling 4-6 footers when we started. Set up in 45 FOW. Made it out to 71 fow and a Red and black T-storm JR fired with a 7lb Coho. set it back out 5 mins later 10lb steel started dancing. Went quiet for about an hour, then the the first King about 10 lbs of the year fired on a silver Hookster with an orange ladder back 41 down 50ft back, and another Coho fired (double). Slowly the lake started to lay down, and the rods started firing. We ended the day 15-18, with 5 kings (5lb, 11, 15, 16, and a 22lb), one 10lb laker, 10 lb steelhead, the 8 Cohos. All releases came on 4 lures, (red/black t-storm Jr, silver Hookster with an orange ladder back, Blank NK with orange tape, and blue dolphin) All the kings came 41ft down 50ft back and 95% of the fish came at 71fow water temp 46.7*. we quit fishing around 1:30 to head home, the lake had some slow rollers layed down to 1-3's.
