Drove the 2 hours up to the lake , we no more than got one line out and thousands of bugs were all over us. I have never seen anything like it, couldn't take it , ran right back in. Was it like that everywhere today?

Yes! It has been ridiculous the past two days. Whenever that breeze blew it wasn't so bad

They were horrible up on the east end.  If you were in a breeze not bad but if it barely a light breeze it was all you could do from having them crawl up your nose, in your ears, mouth, they were freaking everywhere. My rods were loaded with them, I need to clean off my pawls.
