Trailered the boat up to Bedford Creek on Friday night to fish the weekend. Got out saturday morning for our first walleye trip on Lake Ontario. With a bunch of tips from my buddy Devin (FleetTracker) we hooked up with a nice eye on the first rod we put on the board. After that it was slow for us for a while. After a move we ended up putting 2 more walleyes and a pike in the boat. We also released 2 nice smallies. It was a great day. Took all fish off stickbaits on the boards.

Not many can pull off success on their own boat on their 1st Lake Ontario Walleye trip... You guys did great - some serious Atlantic Coast fishing talent on your boat. Glad you guys could get up here and look forward to next time. GO EASY!

here's the secret everyone... fish BRB!  Top secret stuff... or you could follow walleyemagic around.  I don't know where he was fishing this weekend but he usually chums enough to attract a steady group of walleye around him.
