Buffalo nite bite

Was woundering if the nite bite outa sbh has started? Typicaly fish any where from the harbor dwn to sturgeon pt. I usualy don't go this early and not sure of temps out on the lake.  Got a hr dive and Saturday nite looking good for weather so far. Not sure if water temp is what gets them to start feeding more agressivly? Thanks

What is the program for night eyes ? Trolling shallow with sticks just like spring browns ?

Same program- doesn't get much simpler. We have been running rapala in blue/silver and black/silver. Be warned its a busy highway out there the last few nights- running any kind of board is a disaster waiting to happen- it's TIGHT quarters out there- get out there now before the bite ends. I was out last night and like battle hammer said.it is tight..bite was better at 2;00 when most boats left...

What speed are they hitting at? I assume slow 1.5-2 maybe?

^{Went out sat nite and fishing was great. We stayed clear of the boat traffic. . We pulled rods at 2 and the last one in the water and boom, make it one more!  We trolled a 1.5 to 1.7 gps speed.}

I was trolling at 1.9 _ 2.1 on GPS....was using electric bow mount.......nice to see walleye guys a little less tight lipped this year

The walleye bite has exploded.  Shine your light on your favorite bar or reef and you will see eyes everywhere.  They are even chasing fish with a lure in it's mouth trying to get the bait like smallmouth do.  Crazy stuff happening right now.
