It's been a long time. My gramps won the 2nd lake trout derby way back when with an 18 and closest since was 17 and change in the last 30 years. I just hope it doesn't lose to much weight over night

It was hot for us early this morning but nothing big so we went out after dinner and sure enough about a half hour ago she hit and all hell broke loose. All I can say is old school was the ticket.

Ain't golden yet have to get to the scales and there are some big old Browns cruising around that can possibly bump it as it's been done before.

i would of guessed 10 from the pic ,maybe yer set for  kgm...geese if you lost it at the net it mighta gone 25 lbs...great job,, thanks for keeping some of house bound old farts in the loop..

Well needless to say it got bumped. We are out here still trying, I don't know who ever said that Laker fishing was easy cause it's not down here. Water temp flipped and can't find warmer water anywhere.

We cant get past the 9.5 barrier released two today but great day with some nice fish.they should call it a brown derby
