Ruff Rider Live Report 2015 May 23-25

Slept in this morning as we still had a few reels to spool, a kicker bracket to install and the wind was howling last night. I heard good reports from folks that went out this morning.

We are grabbing some sandwiches and will be headed out for our shakedown trip. I think we will give it a go for a few hours and come in early for dinner and a good night's sleep so we can hit it hard tomorrow morning.

Fishing got off to a late start today. We passed through the pier heads to find a deer swimming in the lake! We herded it back towards shore and followed it in.

Well that was scary... all of a sudden the boat stalled. I checked the guages, no issues, turned the ignition and she started right back up. I turn around and a rigger is screaming...
