Posted signs. I thought you had minions out there with snagging hooks to get all there gear as they went by.

Lol. Sometimes if I haven't been out in a while or the lake throws us newbies a curve ball ill use the pack to gauge depth then go ten min opposite direction same relative depth.

Wishin, I saw you out there Monday. I was lookin at all the boats out there ahead of me with the binocs, and saw you guys. I told my crew Holy Crap, theres a guy out there with a boat the size of a kayak! Looked like you had about 4 inches of freboard from where I was! glad you got your fish!

I had my old 17' out in 550' when the wind was right! You just need to pay attention to the weather at all times! Just make shire you have a VHF incase something happens!

My first trolling rig lol........ Dipsy divers, in line sinkers....... If it dragged a spoon under water I was fishing. Spent lots of days fishing the shipping lanes for steelhead in this 16 foot tri hull. You learn a lot when you have no down speed , down temp , riggers.
