Questions for charter captains / guides

Hello! I am a fellow Ontario angler. Fished anywhere from the Toronto Islands, to the Don river, to the Kawarthas for bass, pike, walleye and muskie.

 

I am trying my hand at a side project, and if any of you are charter captains / guides, I would be very grateful in you could take a minute (probably less) to complete the following questionnaire. Just 14 questions.
