ok guys it that time of the year lot of wood and barrels floating out there so be carefull. i would like to thank doug at lake breeze for helping me out yesterday when i hit a log that i never seen it bend my starbroad prop plus he was nice let me borrow is truck so i could go get my spare prop these guys go out of there way to help anyone thanks again to lake breeze

yes there are some big ones floating around out there. Nothing can ruin your day much more than hitting some a huge log

Wouldn't that be a "lake mine" then? If your boat wasn't 3 miles an hour faster than mine you might have been able to see it coming. Now, Bob, why don't you just tell the truth. You were running on auto pilot while coming back from Rochester and weren't even at the wheel. You were probably downstairs making a sandwich or God knows what else! LOLOL

I hit a 30' log that was submerged just below the water off Niagara, and I was REALLY watching. It broke my drive shaft on the outdrive. The good news is insurance will pay for these things.
