Bald Eagle Henderson Bay

Didn't know where to post this but...

Just saw a older juvenile bald eagle land on a sandbar in front of my cottage. What a sight! It's head was almost white and tail was white in the middle.

I think the spawning carp commotion lured it in to check it out. Stayed for 5-10 minutes and was on its way.

My cottage is between Bedford Creek and Horse Island. Anyone else see these beautiful birds around this area? Brb, chaumont, Henderson?

We have a place in Guffins Bay, almost to Guffins Creek. We have been watching a bald eagle over there for about four years now. My wife actually was lucky enough to see it go fishing and fly off with breakfast one morning last year.

there was a pair in the wescotts area most the winter.....saw them multiple times eating on deer carcasses

I saw a huge eagle at the oak yesterday

Last 2 years on Chaumont bay we been seeing them.. One came down right in front of us last year. Very neat to see!!

saw two on saturday out in front of camp on Musky Bay. probably a mating pair. they were there all day, very cool to watch.
