Cayuga June 6

Had some stuff to do this morning so didn't end up gettin out until about 11 or so. Kinda rough for our little boat but we decided to get out anyways. Right off the bat rigger went off and started pounding. Hooked up with a beautiful rainbow. Super fun fight and so nice to see these fish jumping out of the water! Got em in the boat quick and released it to fight another day. Ended up catching a few small salmon, then hooked up with a good one. He put up a good fight and we lost him right at the boat. Soon after it got pretty rough so we decided to get off while we still could. Marked the most bait we've seen so far so I think the time has come!! Going back out tomorrow. Everything come on small Michigan Stingers.
