Pliable cut bait heads?

I have a few cut bait heads that can be easily tuned because the plastic is more pliable. They're not Rhys Davis or John King, since I have both of them and I never bought any Big Weenie heads, so it can't be theirs. Who is the manufacturer???? Any ideas?
