Set lines at 9 and it was a really slow pick today for us.  Spot that was good last weekend did not pan out.  Moved out to the buoy line and ended up with 7, 6 keepers.  Same trolling program that I have been running.

I've never fished Oneida lake walleye. I have a 17ft bluefin, any tips you could give me? What are you using for bait? I don't have down riggers. Do you have to troll for them?

You do not have to troll for them, but w/o riggers you can use leadcore line, or snap weights off Church boards/big boards, or also "dives to" Rapalas if doing so.

A lot of guys jig them up with hair jigs tipped with a crawler, or by ripping sonars.

Thing with the Sonars(Heddon) or better word, blade bait, you foul hook more than legal hook, at least from what I've witnessed.

Thanks for the info fish hunter. So I can pretty much jig for them. I also have those plastic jet diver things. Can you use those on a pole with 20lb test line? How much of a lead would you run from the jet diver to the bait..?
