Could not get out today. Had an slight issue. Spoke to another charter that had a good day with steelhead.

I skipped this weekend because of reports of poor fishing. I'm looking forward to your reports to see if next weekend is a go.

8 for 12 today. One nice Atlantic and 1 small king around 8 lbs. west of Wilson in 225 - 275 fow. The other fish were small kings and one 12 lb laker. Mainly a spoon bite, black and purple NK for the Kings. Atlantic hit a orange crush stinger.

We fished from 8 am.-2 pm. today...North and east of Wilson, 29 line.   Besides being a tad bumpy, it was well worth the trip offshore. Teenage kings mixed with steelhead and lakers, one coho.....Spoon bite, three color off the boards worked good.

Worked deeper water today 450 east of Wilson, went 5 for 8, small kings with a 12 lb coho and some 8 - 10 lb steel head. Lots of bait around. Spoons and flasher / fly both worked. Thanks Raaven for your reply on the deeper water bite

Saturday it was 60 on the surface, down 22 feet it was 43 degrees.

Fished west of Wilson in 400 fow. Some small kings and one nice coho. Moved in to see if anything was happening, one small king and one laker. Plan to head back out around 3:00

I run three riggers. Fished at 40 feet down. Also run 2 coppers and one planer board with lead core. All the fish came on riggers. Mag spoons natural colors.

Kings were 10 -12 lbs. one coho was 16 lb. it's been a tough bite so far

I hope that you were not thinking the fish in picture 2 was a Coho.....because you may have filleted or thrown back the LOC derby leading Steelhead if it was 16 lbs.

Yes pic two is a steelhead. Not in the derby this year.

Get your ticket!  There are no salmon on the board.  If you get anything over 20 lbs you probably will be in the money!
