Wilson Report 6/19 - 6/26

Get your ticket! There are no salmon on the board. If you get anything over 20 lbs you probably will be in the money!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say your gonna need better than 20 lbs to be in the money. Last year the entire salmon board was caught in July with the smallest 25 lbs and it looks like the oldest fish ( date caught) on the board was caught July 5th. I think there's a ton of time left. Matter of fact it almost points to not to fish until July..... Go figure. I here ya though Gill, weird nothing up yet.

Agreed it will most likely happen in July, but there are weekly winners also.

Fished East of Wilson in 450 FOW. Steelhead and kings today. All steelhead were nice fish ranging 28 - 30 inches. The largest King was 19 lbs. Spoon bite today. NK mags hammered chrome worked the best.

There were no cohos in any of the pics you posted. Just kings and steelhead.

The coho pic is on a camera. We did catch a steelhead with a dark gray mouth and white gum line similar to a coho. The tail had the normal characteristics of a steelhead

3 for 5 today. Slow pic. Bait was scattered along with the fish. Small kings and steelhead.

5 for 5 today. Kings and steelhead. Teenage kings took NK mags, one on the rigger and one on 10 color lead core.
