I have been fishing otter boards this year and having trouble getting them to track correctly.  I have tried the factory setting for the keels, and have tried adding a hole to make more of an angle to see if that helps but no luck.  They seem to always want to "stall out" and bunch up.  They really need a lot of speed to get them to track correctly, way faster than trolling speed.  Any tips guys?  Is this normal?  I have fished on other guys boats with these and they seem to work fine.

mine pulled very light and could not run lead core on them. So I pulled the

string in on the back of the board and tied another knot on it and it did pull

harder.
