Renosky crystalina plugs

I picked up a couple of these last week.  I know guys use them to drag behind the boat and do well.  Does anybody cast them?  I ask because that's what I had in mind.

I only troll them but don't see why they couldn't be cast. Try casting with braid, mono has a tendency to wrap around trebles.
