Took my wife and her sister out for a quick trip this morning. After missing opening weekend due to a week trip to New Mexico we diid ok for my first outing.

Camera angle makes it look big. Think it was about 18".

Those goby fed smallmouths turn into real rod benders at that size. Nice catch and welcome back to the river.

Although we only caught 6 bass on the river this morning my sister-in-law caught a pb 20 1/2 incher.

The gobies are definitely making them bigger. 5 6 pounders have been caught this year

Went out yesterday with Dad and Uncle. Found the bass were in 17-20 FOW. Worms and senkos worked best.
