Fished Sunday on the north end. Started out by Bellhurst had a large laker hit the dipsy down about 40' over 60 fow. Lost it right at the back of the boat. Trolled around there for another hour couldn't move a rod so we headed over to high banks. Just as we got to the east side and turned south a rigger popped 120' on the bottom. Trolled back and forth on the east side for two hours picking up fish the whole time. We went 5/6 for the day. Stayed in the 120-125 range and found what I believe to be a thermocline around 40-45 so we set diosys in there and they were just as productive as the riggers. Got to try out my new dipsy reels I got for Father's Day, Penn 209LC's. They worked great! Oh and no fleas yet.

After the fishing I met my wife and 8 month old daughter at the dock for her first boat ride. It went very well and I hope to have her out fishing in a couple years.
