Meat Rigg treble hook attachment to MC Rockets

I'm wondering what is the preferred method of attaching one of the treble hooks to the tail of the Rocket.

The ones I have are made with 2 treble hooks, if I was using cut bait I would just pin one to the tail so the hooks

stay close, but using the rockets I don't want to ruin it or tear it up. All replies appreciated.

Just let the hook stay loose. I do not attach the hook on real bait either. Attaching might effect the action of the bait. I have not had any issues with hook ups at all.

You do not attach the last treble to the MC Rocket, it stays loose. The eyelet of the treble should be just behind the end of the MC Rocket.

 

To be honest, I use a different teaser head, with only 1 treble.  I used to use one with a schnell hook on the side, but I got a lot of breakoffs at that point, so I now keep it simple and only use the one treble at the end of the MC Rocket and secure the length with a toothpick.
