Capt. and Guide Rick Pecci

"Dreams Come True Charters and Guide Service"

We started our morning setting up in front of the high rocks at about 6:45 AM trolling west twords the plant and the bouy line. We trolled for about an hour before we hit our first fish a small brown on a small dipsey and Stinger spoon. Then the same rig went off again with another small Brown that we dropped. Then all hell broke loose we hit another fish in front of the big stack it was on the same dipsey and it was a big Atlantic Salmon while we had that fish on our center rigger fired and it was double Brown Trout one on a spoon and one on a slider spoon both Stingers spoons with the one main spoon down 55. No sooner than we hooked up those fish we hit a big Steelie on our plainer boards. Now we have 4 fish on, on 3 lines going. After about 15 min. we then landed the 2 Browns and the Atlantic which was about a 15lb male. With the Steelhead still on we fired the 5th rod with another Brown we then dropped and landed the 13lb Steelie. Wow Fast action. We ended up 5 for 7 and a great day. Temp was 50 to 53 down 55 feet, surface was 53, speed at the ball on the hawk was 2.3 to 2.5 and SOG was 2.6. All long leads at least 100 and 200 on the boards. Spoons were a mixed bag but all Stingers spoons and small Bombers did the trick on the boards. Colors varied. Good luck to all.
