Wanted Long casting pole and reel

Im going to try one last time here before I go to ebay... Im looking for a 12 foot pole capable of throwing 8 ounces of weight... 12 feet is ideal but would go down to ten feet, no less. Im also looking for a small non-level wind reel to put on it. Im not looking for a reel to make non level wind I just want one that I can put line on and go

May I ask what you will do with a twelve foot pole that can cast 8 ounces of weight and a small non level wind reel?

Well not small but smaller... And I will be using it as an anchor rod for pin rigging in the ocean for cobia. Heres a link describing it: http://www.avalonpier.com/tips/kingrig.html     He uses a really short pole for his anchor rod... most people uses longer poles... I already have my fighting rod set up... I have a costum made J and M tackle rod with an okuma solterra 50w... I use bigger because I will leave mine out at night which is when the sharks come to play
