Hit the water at 530, headed north to Aurora and started jigging in front of Wells College. Ended up with 12 Lakers anywhere from 60-85 FOW with 60-70 being the best results. 6 lbs being the biggest laker. Stayed for a bit longer and glad we did! My brother caught a 9.5 lb rainbow jigging. Fish crushed the jig on the reel up. Great fight and great fiah, she really put on a show. Took some pics and released her. Still lots of bait around. All Lakers were released too

Beautiful bow... even some coloration. Nice too to let that one contribute again  to the gene pool :):yes:

Thanks. Marked a lot of fish between 25-45 feet down while we were jigging, even had a feisty brown take a few hits at the jig boat side. Too bad we didn't connect on that one
