ok thanks, I understand you want to get the most you can, 8000 is a fair market value with no fishing gear on it im not trying to low ball you.

9k is not going to do it. I'm well versed in boat prices within NYS and across the country. Islanders in the 80 to early 90's are going for more. We've owned several islanders and aluminum crest liners over the years. These 2001 models are very nice and tough to find. One of the nicest aluminum boats I've fished on. Very roomy win with 8'6" beam too

Ok maybe I missed it but how long is it.and I would not take any less as well I'm wishing I didn't have what I have in to my crestliner because that would be mine if its over 20 foot

Link to Starcraft Catalog showing all feature and specs of the boat. It's only 50

Pounds lighter than the 221

Again. I feel selling for close to 10k is a fair price for this boat. I know whats out there in WNY and CNY for sale and what is being asked of late model rigs. The Bimini Top and side curtains are excellent, vinyl seats are excellent, bolsters are new, engine cover is new, floor is solid, cabin and cushions are spotless

New. Comes with a mounted hand held gps and an older lowrance fish finder. Motor runs like a sewing machine and the 4.3 pushes her very well and is economical. Plus it has trim tabs which improve the ride substantially. Rig it and hit the water.

Sounds like 10k is spot on I paid 8k for my 1991 221v in 2013 with none tabs on her. I love it

IDK, it looks and I'm quite sure is a great boat.. My 89 hardtop Islander 221 I bought last season for 5g.. It needed a floor replacement which is super easy and the 4.3 is bullet proof.. Many Many hrs have been logged since taking ownership, the highest expense comes from outfitting a boat to fish the Great Lake..

Totally understand you set your asking price and I'd give you 8g sight unseen because they are easily fixed boats.. IMO 8-9 is a fair market value.. There are TONS of boats in the area that well fit into that price range I stated.. Granted, most are glass but many are outfitted already..

Good luck in your sale and hope it makes someone a proud new owner

I appreciate everyone's opinions.......This boat will make someone very happy indeed. I feel it's priced fairly. I'm not asking an exuberant amount for it. I'm not firm on 10k. It's a 98 and clean. Whoever buys it will have a solid platform to rig. It needs NO - upholstery, floor, transom, canvas work etc. Just rig it and roll.
