Can someone tell me who sells cut bait in Rochester area?  Thanks.

Mitchell's has whole herring. You have to cut them into strips yourself.

 Steve, I've got two glow green paddles 11", I'll pick up the meat. The weather looks a little shaky the next few days for my boat, like to see the Tcline comes up a little so I don't have to go so far out.
