Henderson Harbor perch

Any reports on the perch fishing in the harbor ? Last year the fish came in late . Any activity now ?j have an old  (80's) friend who loves perch fishing and I would love to get him out if there are any fish available .

Went up 3 weeks ago. A few small fish near the camp ground. Storm rolled in and ended a short day. Headed back in a few weeks.

Perch fishing in Henderson in my opinion is not a guarantee every year in the fall. Been fishing it for years. Last fall was terrible...the fish did not seem to come into the bay like years past. Lets hope they show up soon.

Fall perch was very slow the last 2 years in little Sodus bay.

This time of year it's hard to beat minnows under a float but small plastics on the edge of a weed line can be killer.

sliders or paddle tailed worms about 2" long on a 1/16 oz jig head.  color depends on the day. white or green works best for me.
