Looking for a new autopilot since mine is fried. I have a King auto,but if there are better suggestions I'd consider them. Replacement king would be good for now.

Well, its hydraulic assist. I don't know much more than that. Haven't looked into it much. It had a King auto pilot, mounted on the dash. Let me get it apart and ill get back to you. Do you have something you want to sell, or know someone?

Chances are its rotary Jason. Hydro assists but a rack and pinion more than likely behind your wheel. If you can find a new or used king, I would keep it. There was one on here last year for a smoking deal. Went quick.

You are probably going to be looking at a Raymarine Sportpilot.  I installed one on my boat two years ago and it is the best thing I ever did in regards to fishing.  Installed it myself in about 5hrs.

Sport pilots aren't made anymore unfortunately. Was looking to replace my head unit and couldn't find one. As I recently found out simrad makes a rotary set up. Search it on google and it comes up with the AP 24. What I'm going to.
