Get a good easy to install rain cover. Make sure you use high supports for draining the rain water.

Are you storing in a canal? Or bay? Also, does it ever take on water while you fish?

I think you're worried about staining...(?)  algae etc.  I'm sure there are products out there but I don't know of any.

Make sure anodes are in good shape or you will have electrossis galvinazition ( pitting , eating of the hull ).

As for anti- fouling bottom paint , never seen anyone on tin boats doing that . There are quite a few at my marina, area. I just pressure wash , scrub ( lots elbow ) with simple green and WAX before and after putting in/ taking out .

Really don't know what else is the answer. All boats docked over time will accumulate algae .

The Coast Guard paints the bottoms of their aluminum boats. First an etching primer, then an underwater primer, then an anti fouling paint. No matter what, wash the bottom immediately on haulout before the bottom crap dries out or you will have a dusty mess to clean it.
