Rigger line twist

Yesterday I was running a FF off the probe rigger and it resulted in two fish but also some wicked line twist. This was running 30lb blood run sea flee. Had line tied directly to spin doc swivel. Anything to reduce the twist? Ended up taking it off after a while, removing tackle, let out 300 feet of line to let it untwist, and re-rigging.

Maybe add a quality swivel, spro, ect. To main line then attach to flasher.

What pap said. Put a good #2 or #3 ball bearing swivel between the main line and the swivel on the flasher.

I'd put a SOLID RING high quality #3 or larger ball bearing swivel. It doesn't have to be small as in a terminal connection to a spoon You want some strength at that one
